Missed appointment and late arrivals

You are responsible for the full cost of the service booked if you do not turn up for your appointment or you turn up to late for the service to be fulfilled.

If you are late to or miss more than one appointment full payment is taken for your next service booked in advance. This payment is non-refundable and will be lost if your appointment is missed, you turn up late and the service cannot be fulfilled or you do not give 48 hours’ notice that you wish to move your appointment

Cancelation notice

You must give at minimum or 48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel and appointment, if you fail to do so you will be responsible for the full cost of the service.

Booking your first appointment

A £50 deposit will be taken before your first colour appointment. This payment is non-refundable and will be lost if your appointment is missed, you turn up late and the service cannot be fulfilled or you do not give 48 hours’ notice that you wish to move your appointment.

I know sometimes thing come up and life gets in the way and I understand that these policies can be frustrating, whist I will make every effort to accommodate you I have a responsibility to the rest of my clients to provide a high level of service including running on time
